There is a wealth of information about hypnosis and life coaching on the web If you go on a search engine and look for life coach or hypnosis you will be overwhelmed with the ammount of sites given to explore. The problem is that many of these sites are from "Hypnotherapists" who took a weekend course and got "certified" to do hypnothapy. The school that I went to consist of a one year program which also required a supervised residency. This is because what I do (and other serious, qualified hypnotherapists) is important. Because of this I have listed some sites that might be helpful if you wish to research hypnosis more on your own
