On-line Life Coaching and therapy is done by e-mail and instant message. Although it is different from live work it is convenient in that you can accomplish a lot from the comfort of your home! Using on line microphone/speaker as well as web cam, we can have in time conversations/therapy if the client has these elements available to them. It affords the client the opportunity to actually speak to and listen to me so we can utilize such tools as guided imagery, Hypnosis and many others processes that work best if you can hear my voice. This tool can be used by clients who, because of distance, time, or other reasons are unable to come to the office for Life Coaching, therapy or hypnosis. If the client is interested in the Hypnosis element of Life Coaching and therapy through Motivation through Hypnosis, it can be accomplished by telephone sessions or use of microphone/speaker with or without web cam, which have proven to be very successful. |
