Hypnosis is an easy way to improve the effectiveness of your study time

Exam stress can be so overwhelming and sabotage success making it difficult to remember what you study. Hypnosis is a productive tool for enhancing your retention and eliminating the dreaded and ineffective pre-exam “cramming” that many people do.

HYPNOSIS IS AN EASY WAY TO IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF YOUR STUDY TIME

Using hypnosis can calm test anxiety. It helps you retain the information from your study time so it is readily available at test time.

1.Only 12% of our mind is controlled by the conscious.

2.Most people are in a state of stress and anxiety when they study making it necessary to get back into that state just to access 12% of the information they have learned.

3.Hypnosis allows us to access the other 88% of our mind (the unconscious), making it easier to remember what is studied and keep in a calm state.

HOW HYPNOSIS CAN HELP YOU IN TESTING?

The hypnotic state produces or increases a variety of behaviors, which are most helpful as an aid to improving your memory. For example:

  1. Hypnosis can be used to increase your comprehension of and concentration on material, which is important to remember at a later date.
  2. Hypnosis can help you relax, which enables you to better direct the attention of the conscious mind while trying to study or remember
  3. Feelings of personal well-being can be raised in hypnosis, and such feelings are closely related to successful accomplishment in all areas of self-improvement.
  4. Motivation and desire to have a good memory can be increased in hypnosis.
  5. Hypnosis can help to eliminate fears about failure to accomplish any goals that you set for yourself.
  6. Hypnosis can increase the ability to visualize material studied earlier, and this can produce the so-called photographic memory.
  7. Beneficial suggestions for memory improvement given in hypnosis will depreciate slower than similar suggestions given in conscious or cognitive therapy.                          (John G.  Kappas, 1999)

One of the most distressing things is not passing a final exam, the BAR, or Licensure exam, all of which can block you from your goals and cause stress, anxiety and even depression.
